About the Recipe

    Ingredients (for 6 medium servings)
    In a bowl:
    Add 1/3rd bag of tamerind in a sock
    1 cup of water in bowl
    strain tamerind in bowl of water until finished
    add 1/2 cup of lemon juice (I like it extra sour)
    add 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
    add fish oil, about one tablespoon per 1 to 2 servings
    (I don't like much fishoil, but you could put more)
    mix thoroughly

    Prepare:
    1 bag of noodles, soak for 20 min
    6 eggs
    4 white onions
    1.5lbs chicken breast cut into small pieces

    Process:
    Add peanut oil to skillet, then garlic cloves
    Add chicken, cook
    Add eggs
    Add onions (white part)
    Add noodles
    Add bowl mixture
    Add onions (green part)
    mix, then serve
